The intellectual surrender, kept central but no longer the only one dramatized: Jun, who most wants a single mind that sees all, gives up the dream of the central model and accepts a method that produces sight without a center. From inside him the turn lands — the two halves are one broken thing; no one can hold it, and that is the point.
