AFTER CERTAINTY

Open collaboration

Collaborators

After Certainty is intentionally designed as an evolving conversation rather than a finished system.

Some people contribute books.
Some contribute essays.
Some contribute conversations, criticism, questions, patterns, podcasts, or interpretations.

The project grows through thoughtful participation.

Why Collaboration?

Complex human systems cannot be understood from a single perspective.

The project exists to support conversations across disciplines, experiences, institutions, professions, and ways of thinking.

Collaboration is not about producing agreement.
It is about creating better shared understanding.

Ways to participate

Participation takes many shapes—none of them defined by hype or obligation. Choose what fits your inquiry.

Writing

Contribute essays, reflections, extensions, critiques, or long-form explorations.

Podcast Conversations

Participate in thoughtful discussions around systems, trust, meaning, leadership, and uncertainty.

Pattern Contributions

Help identify recurring structures across communication, institutions, leadership, and human systems.

Critique & Discussion

Challenge assumptions, reinterpret ideas, and expand conversations thoughtfully.

Technical Contributions

Help improve the open publishing infrastructure, website, metadata systems, or tooling.

Future Community Conversations

The project may eventually include Discord-based discussion spaces and collaborative conversations.

Open Publishing Infrastructure

The publishing infrastructure itself is open. Books, essays, metadata, publishing pipelines, and collaborative discussions are designed to remain extensible and publicly accessible.

  • Long-form works and essays are published in the open; repositories stay public as material evolves.
  • Content carries CC BY-SA 4.0 licensing unless noted otherwise—inviting reuse, adaptation, and attribution.
  • Changes land through pull requests and review; discussion threads document reasoning as texts shift.
  • The process stays visible—an experiment in transparent publishing rather than a closed production pipeline.

Where things live

Discussions
GitHub DiscussionsA place for slower threads aligned with the repos—not a replacement for in-depth editorial exchange.

Future Conversations

The project may eventually expand into more active collaborative spaces, including Discord-based conversations, reading groups, podcast discussions, and shared exploration across disciplines.

Nothing here is promised on a timeline—the aim is to let formats emerge when they genuinely serve inquiry, not to optimize for visibility or growth.

Understanding deepens when people think together without demanding certainty from one another.

The project values reflection, critique, reinterpretation, extension, disagreement, and collaborative exploration.

Current & future contributors

A thin roster today—enough to anchor the project—with room to grow as publications and collaborations mature.
