Part II bridge

Part I studied beginnings that did not yet look like leadership: a meal, a grain of salt, the strange pause after victory. This part follows what happens when influence must travel — through marches that turn belief into geography, trees that ask patience of many hands, signs that reveal what language has become routine. None of these objects announces a program. Each tests whether courage can circulate beyond the person who first embodied it.
